Windows Command to kill Application
Short but Sweet:
taskkill -F -IM csgo*
This will kill any application that starts with csgo.
-F Force Kill
-IM Task Name
csgo can be replaced with google* notepad*
Short Cuts can be to run this from Win+R or "Run"
